Having a friend for food last night saw my first fail of Juneathon so today I had to make up for it. A fun, friendly club run in the evening sun followed by Day 12 of the Kinetic Revolution technique challenge in front of the football.
The strength workout was even more challenging with slightly tired legs from the jaunt along the River Windrush with the Witney Road Runners!
But I did it! I think my favourite exercise of this stage is… a tie between the single leg straight leg deadlift (that @MrsTWymer has nicknamed the “Reverse Running Man”) and the mountain climbers (aka the Spiderman). I’m now looking forward to seeing what’s in store for Stage 3.
